EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
“Twilight Tuesdays”
The promoter is: Lease Equity Pty Ltd on behalf of Empire Village Shopping Centre whose registered office is at lvl 1, 604 Hay St, Perth.
- The event is open to the public of all ages except employees on Lease Equity, Empire Village, its retailers and agencies and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
- Customers are encouraged to spend $30 or more at any Empire Village retailer and must present the receipt to Chi Cho/A Moveable Feast vendor in order to receive one serve per receipt of the complimentary item.
- Serving sizes are at the discretion of the vendor.
- By entering this event, and entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- No responsibility can be accepted for complimentary items not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the event and these terms & conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any change to the event will be notified to the public as soon as possible on platforms with existing information regarding the event.
